1. Obviously, you should be a fan of the Order of the Phoenix (or it members), since this is a listing for those fans.

2. You must fill in all required fields(boxes) on the join form.
- you do not have to put your real name(please not harry potter, ron weasley,etc though)
- you must put your real geographic location as your country (if you are from the UK, please specify)

3. If you include you website, you must link this site on your included website. However, please do not direct link my codes.

4. On the join form, where it says "The noble and most ancient...", put "house of Sirius Black". (This is so I know you have read the rules.)

5. If any of your information changes, just email me.
